<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic EL light source device which has high light extraction efficiency and is capable of suppressing a reduction in the light extraction efficiency over time. <P>SOLUTION: An organic electroluminescent light source device 100 comprises a first transparent electrode layer 121, a light-emitting layer 122, a second transparent electrode layer 123, an adhesive layer 130, and a reflective layer 143 in this order from the light exit surface side. The reflective layer 143 has an uneven surface 143U on the adhesive layer side of the reflective layer 143.
