Provided in the present invention is a service flow management method, in which a service flow identifier (FID) and the maximum buffer capacity of the FID are attached to a dynamic service management request. On the one hand, each service flow is provided with buffer capacity corresponding thereto, thus allowing management of increased precision and flexibility. On the other hand, the buffer capacity is negotiated simultaneously as the service management is requested, thus reducing the number of operating procedures.
