The mixer (10) has an agitator (2) provided along an axis of a mixing container (1). The agitator includes a shaft (2a) i.e. hollow shaft, with a mixture wing (2b) that is attached to the shaft. A vibrating device (4) is coupled to the shaft and actuated to simulate the shaft for enabling vibration movements. The agitator is designed in the form of loop, and the vibrating device is controlled by a controller and provided in an inner chamber of the shaft, where the vibrating device includes an internal vibrator with a flexible supply line (4a) and a vibrator cylinder (4b).
