<p>The present invention provides a methods and device for transmitting Heart Beat(HB) information, wherein a method comprises: an access network(AN) device receiving a first Radio Resource Control(RRC) signaling message including HB information send by a terminal; and the AN device sending the HB information to a core network(CN) device to enable the CN device to send the HB information to a service server. The embodiments of the present invention can avoid the problem of frequent signaling interaction between the terminal and the AN device, caused by the establishing and releasing of data transmission bearing of sending HB packets, thus reduce signaling processing burdens of the AN device and power consume of the terminal, and ensure normal proceeding of communication service of the terminal.</p> |
