<p>A treatment device for a liquid comprises a generator device for generating far infrared rays and a large amount of negative ions in burning flame and a permeation and absorption device for combining the negative ions generated by the generator with the liquid. The present invention further relates to a treatment method for a liquid, in which, by means of the rapid collision of fuel and air during burning and the far infrared rays and large amount of negative ions generated during the formation of a flame from mixed swirling gas streams, the far infrared rays and negative ions are accommodated in a defined space; the liquid is placed into the space with the far infrared rays and negative ions, and the far infrared rays as carrier are radiated into the liquid with negative ions carried therein. Due to a very high concentration of negative ions as well as the carrying of the far infrared rays, the negative ions can penetrate well into the liquid, changing the performance of the liquid. The treatment device and method of the present invention lead to a liquid carrying negative ions and can reduce the treatment time; moreover, the device has a simple construction, which reduces the manufacturing cost.</p> |
