<p>Provided are: an electromagnetic wave absorber that, in the 5-7 GHz frequency band, has high electromagnetic wave absorption performance without unevenness, has superior workability, and is lightweight; and a method for producing the electromagnetic wave absorber. Of the electromagnetic wave absorber in the 5-7 GHz frequency band, an electromagnetic wave absorbing sheet (1) is configured from a DCF (2), a dielectric layer (3), and an electromagnetic wave reflection layer (4). The dielectric layer (3) comprises a matrix containing a carbon material. Of the complex relative permittivity measured using a coaxial tube method, the real part (er') satisfies being in the range of 20-120, the imaginary part (er") satisfies being in the range of 2-16, and the dielectric loss tangent (Tand=er"/er') satisfies being in the range of 0.05-0.5.</p> |
