HOT AND COLD WATER DISPENSER

PURPOSE: An apparatus for cooling and heating water is provided to automatically control the air supply of a water storage tank according to exhaustion and supply quantity using an air control unit. CONSTITUTION: A plot(42) elevates buoyancy according to the water level fluctuation of a cold water storage tank(14). One end of an actuating arm(46) is combined with the plot. Other end of the actuating arm is combined with the cold water storage tank using a hinge unit. A bracket(48) is formed in one side of the actuating arm. A blocking pin(50) selectively opens and closes an air hole(60) of the cold storage tank according to the tilting motion of the actuating arm.
