[Problem] To provide: a transparent double-sided adhesive sheet which has excellent impact resistance and corrosion resistance; and an image display device with a touch panel, which is provided with the transparent double-sided adhesive sheet and has excellent visibility. [Solution] A transparent double-sided adhesive sheet wherein an adhesive layer contains an acrylic block copolymer (0) which contains: a polymer block (A) that is obtained by polymerizing at least one monomer selected from among methacrylic acid esters and acrylic acid esters and has a glass transition temperature of 50°C or more; and a polymer block (B) that is obtained by polymerizing at least one monomer selected from among methacrylic acid esters and acrylic acid esters and has a glass transition temperature of 20°C or less.
