PURPOSE: An FPC connector manufacturing method is provided to form only one gate in a mold to eliminate a soldered line, thereby preventing bending of an FPC connector. CONSTITUTION: A resin material is inserted into a cavity(4), made by a mold, through a gate(5) of the mold. An FPC(Flexible Printed Circuit) connector is extruded by filling the resin material. The mold includes one end portion(4a) of a length direction of the cavity and a single gate formed in an inner section(4b) which is 15/100 of the entire length of the cavity from one end portion. |
