<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve high-security communication in a game device that includes a first processing part (ball lending ticket issuance control part 22) and a second processing part (counting control part 31) for performing processing relating to value information regarding a game, and transmits command data on the value information from the first processing part to the second processing part. <P>SOLUTION: The ball lending ticket issuance control part and the counting control part store the same encryption key. The ball lending ticket issuance control part encrypts a data request [i] to be transmitted by the stored encryption key (S2200 to S2203), and transmits the encrypted data request [i] to the counting control part (S2210). The counting control part decodes the received data request [i] by the stored encryption key (S2220 to S2223).
