PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voice discrimination device that eliminates an effect of masking sound without eliminating a basic component of user's voice from an acoustic signal.

SOLUTION: A voice discrimination device according to an embodiment comprises: weight providing means for providing weight according to each frequency band, based on a frequency spectrum of a first acoustic signal including a user's voice and a frequency spectrum of a second acoustic signal including a masking sound; feature extraction means for using the weight provided according to each frequency band by the weight providing means to extract a feature amount from the frequency spectrum of the first acoustic signal; and voice/non-voice discrimination means for discriminating voice/non-voice of the first acoustic signal, based on the feature amount extracted by the feature extraction means.
