<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inactivation method of an adhesive microorganism that is widely applicable without requiring evacuation of animals including human, and does not require labor. <P>SOLUTION: This inactivation method includes inactivating at least one kind of microorganism selected from a group consisting of Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, influenza virus, and feline calicivirus that adhere to the outer surface of an article.
