<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic inspection device that forms an unwrinkled uniform inspection surface from a flat sheet film, to facilitate appearance inspection and improve inspection accuracy, while suppressing facility cost. <P>SOLUTION: A flat film inspection device includes: a flattening roller with a flat film to be inspected wound thereon; two film holding rollers holding two sides facing a winding direction of a flat film and conveying the flat film while pulling it to be taken up or drawn out; means for driving the two film holding rollers; two film support rollers; and means for illuminating the inspection surface of the flat film; means for imaging the illuminated flat film; means for moving the illumination means; means for moving the imaging means; image processing means for processing the captured image to detect a defect; and means for moving the two film holding rollers and two film support rollers. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
