<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assembling tool capable of quickly coping with the change of a production plan and improving versatility of equipment. <P>SOLUTION: While being mounted on a spindle of a machining center (machine tool), this assembling tool 1 is configured so that a clamp member 3 is subjected to a clamping or unclamping operation in conjunction with the rotation of the spindle. Accordingly, when a production plan is changed, it can cope with it by merely mounting the assembling tool 1 corresponding to an assembly component to the spindle, and it can thereby quickly cope with it.
