THERMOPLASTIC RESIN COMPOSITION HAVING HIGH DURABILITY

A thermoplastic resin composition in which a modified ethylene copolymer (B) is dispersed in a thermoplastic resin (A). The average dispersed particle aspect ratio for the modified ethylene copolymer (B) in the thermoplastic resin composition is 1-3.5 and the average dispersed particle diameter is no more than 3 µm. It is desirable that the modified ethylene copolymer (B) is a copolymer of ethylene and at least one type of monomer component selected from (i) an olefin component other than ethylene, (ii) a dien component, and (iii) an ester component having an ethylenic unsaturated group. This thermoplastic resin composition not only has excellent wear resistance, same also has remarkably excellent durability, particularly resistance to bending fatigue, and is unlikely to generate wear, damage, cracks, or breakages, etc., even if used for a long time while a large load is applied thereto and even if the time that a load is received thereby is short.
