The motor-pump assembly (1) has a pump (2) with a pump housing (5) on which a working chamber cover (6) is attached to limit a working chamber of the pump. The chamber cover is formed with lower and upper covers which are sealably connected. The exhaust valve and intake valve are provided between the lower and upper covers. A recess is formed in lower cover in which a valve disc of the intake valve is engaged during suction of air via an inlet channel. The intake and sealing surfaces of the intake valve are matched with shape and size of the recess.
