PURPOSE: A device for regenerating skin is provided to lift skin tissue by instantaneously injecting high pressure air into the skin. CONSTITUTION: A device for regenerating skin comprises a catheter, a syringe, an actuator(16), a plunger pusher(18), and a spring(19). The catheter has an injection needle for injecting high pressure air provided through a tube. The syringe automatically provides high pressure air to the catheter through the tube. The actuator is arranged in parallel with the syringe and actuates the plunger of the syringe. The plunger pusher is installed between the rod of the actuator and the plunger of the syringe and pushes the plunger. The spring provides restoring force to the plunger.
