PURPOSE: An ignition device for a diesel engine is provided to conveniently change an LPG engine ignition device into a diesel engine ignition device while a diesel fuel injection nozzle is fitted into a sleeve. CONSTITUTION: An ignition device for a diesel engine comprises an ignition plug for LPG, a sleeve(20) for a diesel fuel injection nozzle, and a fuel injection nozzle(10) for diesel. The ignition plug for LPG which is mounted to an expanded mounting hole is removed. The sleeve for a diesel fuel injection nozzle is mounted to the inside of the mounting hole without the ignition plug. The fuel injection nozzle for diesel is fitted into the sleeve.
