<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a phosphine compound utilizable as a silane coupling agent usable as a precursor for forming a covalent bond with an inorganic oxide by introducing a silyl group having a leaving substituent to the phosphine compound. <P>SOLUTION: The phosphine compound is represented by formula (1), wherein R<SP POS="POST">1</SP>and R<SP POS="POST">2</SP>are each independently an aryl group or an alkyl group; Y is an aryl group or an alkyl group; X, when Y is an aryl group, is one group selected from the group consisting of a halogen atom, an alkoxy group, a hydroxy group and an amino group, and when Y is an alkyl group, is one group selected from the group consisting of an alkoxy group, a hydroxy group and an amino group; and n is an integer of 1 to 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
