摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the increase of coarse particles due to the fusion of powder particles and to reduce a ratio of particles that are excessively spheroidal in a heat treatment of the powder particles. <P>SOLUTION: A heat treatment apparatus includes: a raw-material supply unit 5; a hot-air supply unit 2 for heat-treating a raw material; and a discharge portion 8 for discharging the heat-treated powder particles, wherein hot air is supplied toward the raw material supplied from the raw-material supply unit. The hot-air supply unit has a first nozzle 6 and a second nozzle 7 which spread in the radial direction to the downstream side from an upstream side in a hot-air supply direction, the second nozzle is arranged inside the first nozzle, the supplied hot air passes through a space formed with the first nozzle and the second nozzle, and an air-flow adjustment unit 5A for rotating the supplied hot air spirally along an inner wall face of the apparatus is provided in an outlet portion of the hot-air supply unit. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
