<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely manufacture a single-sided gusset bag in which the length and width of the opposing flat surfaces are different and a position relation of the gusset to the flat surface is aligned with a bag-making machine. <P>SOLUTION: A guide member 1 of hollow tubular form extending in a sending direction of a sheet material S has such a shape that the upward and downward dimension decreases from the upstream side to the downstream side in a wedged shape, a V-shaped groove 2 formed on one side becomes deeper gradually, and a large number of suction holes 3 are arranged in the valley of the V-shaped groove 2. The sheet material S sent from the upstream side along the lower surface of the guide member 1 is bent so as to go along the upper surface from the side of the V-shaped groove 2 of the guide member 1, is pinched upward downward of the guide member 1, and is sent downward while keeping tight contact with the V-shaped groove 2 by suction from the suction holes 3. This prevents a gap of the sheet material S in a breadthwise direction to the guide member 1 to form the gusset on one side of the sheet material S. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
