<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely protect a sensor of a tire condition obtaining apparatus from a foreign matter. <P>SOLUTION: The tire condition obtaining apparatus 4 includes a case 15, a sensor unit 8 arranged in a space 16 of the case 15, and a transmitter 9. A communication hole 41, which makes the space inside a tire communicate with the space 16 inside the case 15, is provided in the case 15. A partition wall 44, which separates the space 16 inside the case 15 into a communication hole side space 46 and a sensor side space 47, is provided in the space 16 inside the case 15. A ventilation hole 45 is provided in the partition wall 44.
