PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent conductive film capable of preventing irregular reflection of light on a surface of a metal nanowire while using a metal material without waste to suppress a rise in cost.

SOLUTION: A transparent conductive film includes a metal nanowire and a colored compound adsorbed on the metal nanowire. The colored compound is a material that absorbs light in the visible light region, and furthermore has a functional group that bonds with the metal constituting the metal nanowire.
