<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To identify a factor in the case where a hold value is obviously abnormal when a discharge voltage value is held by a peak hold circuit in starting discharging a flying capacitor. <P>SOLUTION: In the case where a charging voltage of a read capacitor Ca measured by a microcomputer 15 is zero (0 V), after the read capacitor Ca is discharged, when the read capacitor Ca is then charged to a predetermined potential by a charge supply circuit 17, when the read capacitor Ca is then insulated from a discharge circuit of a flying capacitor, and when the read capacitor Ca is then charged with a discharging voltage just after starting discharging the flying capacitor, the charging voltage of the read capacitor Ca in each case is measured by the microcomputer 15. In accordance with a pattern of a measurement of the charging voltage of the read capacitor Ca at every time point, a failure spot in an insulation state detection unit 10 is then identified. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
