<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developing device adopting a scooping system capable of preventing toner accumulation in a developing container and uniformizing a layer thickness of toner adhered to a developing sleeve. <P>SOLUTION: There are provided a developing device adopting a system for scooping toner 5 upward and an image forming device with the developing device, which have a magnet 26 which faces the outer wall surface of a developing container 3 and is movable along the longitudinal direction of an opening 4b and a plurality of protruding portions 21 for preventing the movement of the toner 5 according to the movement of the magnet 26 on an inner wall surface of the developing container 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
