<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device capable of performing, with a same device, an item selection and a determination operation of the selected item that are used for a car navigation system, an audio device, and the like, and a moving operation of a pointer and a selection determining operation of an item where the pointer is positioned that are necessary for Web browsing and the like. <P>SOLUTION: A control device 1000 comprises input means 100 and operates an electronic device 20 in a vehicle 1. The input means 100 includes: contact detecting means 110 for detecting a contacted position; and switch means 120 disposed at the back of the contact detecting means 110 and detecting a depressing operation.
