<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoelectric conversion element capable of sharpening an absorption spectrum and lowering a dark current. <P>SOLUTION: A photoelectric conversion element A has a photoelectric conversion part including a pair of electrodes 11 and 13 and a photoelectric conversion layer 12a arranged between the pair of electrodes 11 and 13, applies a bias voltage between the pair of electrodes 11 and 13, and takes out a photoelectric current. The photoelectric conversion layer 12a of the photoelectric conversion element A is formed by vaporizing, in vacuum, one kind of photoelectric conversion material (tin phthalocyanine, for instance) which absorbs light of a specified wavelength region and generates electric charges corresponding to the light and a matrix material (TMM-1, for instance) which is transparent to the light of the wavelength region of a range wider than that of the specified wavelength region including the specified wavelength region and has a transport property of the electric charges generated in the photoelectric conversion material, and then mixing them. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
