<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for pretreating an industrial hydrogen peroxide solution with a stabilizer added thereto, with which the life of an ion exchange resin is kept for a long period of time, in a purification method of the industrial hydrogen peroxide solution with the stabilizer added thereto by using the ion exchange resin. <P>SOLUTION: In a method for producing a purified hydrogen peroxide solution, 70 wt.% or more of the stabilizer is removed by bringing the industrial hydrogen peroxide solution including the stabilizer into contact with a reverse osmosis membrane with a hydrophilic group introduced on a membrane surface thereof, and subsequently impurities included in the hydrogen peroxide solution are removed by using a cation exchange resin and/or an anion exchange resin.
