<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply controller which can switch supply and non-supply of the power supply voltage by suppressing a rush current. <P>SOLUTION: The power supply controller comprises: a first power source line 1: a second power source line 3: a control circuit: a control signal line 4: first wiring: second wiring: and third wiring. A reference power supply voltage is supplied to the first power source line. The second power source line is connected with an internal circuit. The control signal line is connected with the control circuit, and supplies a control signal for controlling the connection. The first wiring is formed on an upper wiring layer of a semiconductor substrate, and connects the first terminal of a transistor with the first power source line. The second wiring is formed on an upper wiring layer of the semiconductor substrate, and connects the second terminal of the transistor with the second power source line. The third wiring is formed on an upper wiring layer of the semiconductor substrate while being arranged above the control terminal of the transistor, and is formed integrally with the control signal line. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
