<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printing method and a printing apparatus for preventing the damage given to a medium during pretreatment, and for obtaining excellent printing quality. <P>SOLUTION: The printing apparatus includes: a surface treatment section 9 which performs a surface treatment by irradiating an ultraviolet to a semiconductor device 3 molded with resin in an atmosphere that contains ozone; a discharge head which has a nozzle for discharging droplets of a liquid, that cures by an active light, to a surface of the semiconductor device 3; and an irradiation section for irradiating the active light to the droplets on the semiconductor device 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
