<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray CT apparatus which is prevented from being enlarged and reduces image quality deterioration and cooling wait time. <P>SOLUTION: This X-ray CT apparatus includes: a gantry 10 which has a rotary frame 17 rotatably supporting an X-ray tube 12 and an X-ray detector 14; a first heat exchanger 21 performing heat exchange between a heat medium and a rotary frame 17, and disposed in the rotary frame 17; a first heat radiator 22 radiating heat of the heat medium, and disposed in the rotary frame 17; a first circulation part 23 circulating the heat medium; and a heat exhaust fan 24 positioned near the first heat radiator 22 in a standby position of the rotary frame 17, and exhausting heat discharged from the first heat radiator 22 to the outside of the gantry 10. The first circulation part 23 circulates the heat medium between the X-ray tube 12, and the first heat exchanger 21 and the first heat radiator 22 during X-ray imaging, and circulates the heat medium between the first heat radiator 22, and the X-ray tube 12 and the first heat exchanger 21 during standby. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
