<p>The device has a three-dimensional test body (1) provided with modular components (2-4), which are stacked or inserted into each other. Test lengths (L1-L7) of the components are extended in two dimensions to obtain a three-dimensional arrangement by assembling the components after calibration. The components represent the test lengths in planes, which are extended in different directions. The test lengths are commonly detected by computer-tomographic measurement. Cylindrical boreholes (5) or hemispheres are inserted into a base plate and/or permanently connected with the plate. The components are made of metallic alloy, glass ceramic, glass and plastic. An independent claim is also included for a method for measuring and/or checking precision of a coordinate measuring device.</p> |
