<p>Provided is a radar device which in addition to acquiring a reception signal and generating a sampling clock for performing sampling processing thereon, also generates a dummy clock while sampling processing is idle, so as to operate an A/D converter stably and perform fast equivalent sampling. The radar device (100) has, in an A/D converter control unit (140), a sampling clock generation unit (142), a dummy clock generation unit (143), and a switch (144). When a transmission signal is produced, a sampling clock is outputted from the sampling clock generation unit (142) to the A/D converter (130), and a dummy clock is outputted from the dummy clock generation unit (143) to the A/D converter (130) during idle periods.</p> |
