<p>The invention relates to a current transformer comprising three winding assemblies (11, 12, 13) positioned around three three-phase current cables (1, 2, 3) and retained in position by a small number of ties (20, 21, 22) (e.g. three) between a support plate (8) and a preferably insulating holding plate (24) that is pierced at the centre (30) thereof, said holding plate (24) being common to all of the winding assemblies as is the supporting plate (8).
