<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary operating machine capable of positively removing sediment deposited on an apron member. <P>SOLUTION: An apron member 1 includes an apron body part 3 and a first apron cover member 21d joined to the apron body part 3 at a first apron joining means 221d.
