<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signal output device for controlling delay time of an audio signal by measuring image reproduction processing time in a display device even when information of the image reproduction processing time cannot be acquired from the display device. <P>SOLUTION: An AV amplifier 10 according to an embodiment of the present invention measures delay time in a television set 20 by capturing a reproduction audio signal Sa2d delayed in the television set 20 by outputting an audio signal Sa2 for measuring delay to the television set 20. The AV amplifier 10 then outputs an image signal Sg to the television set 20, and delays an audio signal Sa1 according to the measured delay time and outputs the signal to a speaker device 40, thereby achieving lip-sync control between the content of an image displayed on a display screen of the television set 20 and the content released from the speaker device 40. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
