<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display stand which can be provided inexpensively without employing a complicated mechanical structure and including a hinge portion, and can suitably be used as a stand of a panel-like image display apparatus, such as a photo frame and portable liquid crystal television receiver. <P>SOLUTION: The display stand includes a body structure 10 having three planar parts 11, 12 and 13 whose plate surfaces are oriented in different directions; and an attaching/detaching means 20 for allowing the planar parts 11, 12 and 13 to be individually attached to and detached from the back of a display A. An opening angle between the first planar part 11 and the second planar part 12 is 90 degrees, and an opening angle between the first planar part 11 and the third planar part 13 is 135 degrees.
