<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a workpiece feeding device which suppresses staining or charging of a workpiece by reducing staying, stacking, tangling or sticking of the workpiece in a conveyance body and contributes to improvement of productivity. <P>SOLUTION: The workpiece feeding device 100 includes: a conveyance body 122 which includes a workpiece revolving passage 122c formed into a closed annular shape around an axis line and a workpiece holding surface 122cb at an outer peripheral edge, and a workpiece conveyance path 122d obliquely branched in a predetermined direction around the axis more toward the outer peripheral side than the predetermined position of the workpiece revolving passage 122c and configured to gradually rise around the axis; and an oscillator 121 for reciprocally oscillating the conveyance body 122 around the axis. By the reciprocal oscillation of the conveyance body 122 around the axis, the workpiece moves in a predetermined direction on the workpiece revolving passage 122c and the workpiece conveyance path 122d. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
