摘要 The purpose of the present invention is to produce a negative electrode active material having a high density without destroying the surface structure of the negative electrode active material, and thereby provide a negative electrode material for a non-aqueous secondary battery, which has excellent output and cycle properties. The present invention relates to a negative electrode material for a non-aqueous secondary battery, which comprises a composite carbon material produced by coating a pressurized carbon material with a carbonaceous material or a graphitic material and a carbon material defined as follows. The carbon material: at least one carbon material selected from a natural graphite, an artificial graphite, a coated graphite produced by coating an unpressurized raw carbon material with a carbonaceous material or a graphitic material, and an amorphous carbon.
