<p>An electronic apparatus for enabling a physically unclonable function (PUF) by means of a process variation in a process for manufacturing a semiconductor is provided. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the electronic apparatus comprises an N number of unit cells that are generated in the same process, on inorganic or organic material substrate, excluding a mono-crystalline silicon wafer, for example, on a display panel made from a glass material on which a TFT is integrated. In this case, each of the N number of unit cells comprise a plurality of elements futher comprising an amorphous-Si, a poly-Si, a metal oxide, an organic substance, among others, wherein the a digital value having at least an N number of bits is generated by generating a digital value having least 1 bit from each of the N number of unit cells, using the characteristic differences, which is caused by the process variation from the process for manufacturing the semiconductor, between the plurality of elements that are included in each of the N number of unit cells.</p> |
