MATERIAL FOR MANUFACTURING SLIDING BEARING WITH SELF-LUBRICATING FUNCTION AND SLIDING BEARING MANUFACTURED THEREBY

PURPOSE: A material for a self-lubrication sliding bearing and a sliding bearing manufactured with the same are provided to prevent a decline of friction properties caused by the deterioration of lubricating oil or grease and not to cause environmental pollution. CONSTITUTION: A material for a self-lubrication sliding bearing comprises a metal plate(1) and a fluorine resin layer(2). The metal plate has 50% to 90% of thickness in comparison with the whole thickness of a material for a self-lubrication sliding bearing. The fluorine resin layer has 10% to 50% of thickness in comparison with the whole thickness of the material for the self-lubrication sliding bearing. The fluorine resin layer is formed on a top surface of the metal plate and comprises polytetrafluoroethylene resin and inorganic filler. A distance between the metal and the fluorine resin layer is 3μm to 150μm. A thermoplastic fluoride group film thin film(3) of which melting point is relatively lower than the fluorine resin layer is formed in between the metal and the fluorine resin layer.
