PURPOSE: A double plate seatback frame is provided to secure strength and impact absorbing performance by composing dual plate structure. CONSTITUTION: A double plate seatback frame comprises a back frame(110) and a shell plate(S). The back frame is made of fiber-reinforced thermoplastic resin and comprises a rib(102) for reinforcing the strength. The shell plate is coupled with the back frame and mounted on the rib. A boss is projected on the cross portion of the ribs. The edge portion of the shell plate is fixed on the edge portion of the back frame. The cross portion of ribs are coupled by a joining screw. A plurality of holes are formed in some portion of the shell plate except for the joining screw portion. |
