A hearing aid adjustment device (1) comprises a comparison unit (22a) and a setting unit (22b). The comparison unit (22a) compares a user evaluation, which is given by a user (T) of a hearing aid (5) for a sound which is obtained by a hearing aid process based on hearing ability level data of the user (T) and a fitting scheme, and a reference evaluation which is obtained in advance for each of customers (A-C) and which is given by the customers (A-C) for a sound which is obtained by a hearing aid process based on hearing ability level data of the customers (A-C) and fitting schemes. The setting unit (22b) sets a value of a user parameter, which regulates the hearing aid process which is provided to the user (T), to the same value as a value of a reference parameter, which is a parameter which is acquired in advance, and which regulates the hearing aid process which conforms to the customer (A) from among the customers (A-C) who give the reference evaluation that approximates the user evaluation.
