The body composition measuring unit (100) includes a body composition measuring electrode (500) which comes into contact with a user. The stimulating current application unit (200) includes a stimulating current applying electrode (500) which comes into contact with a user. The main control unit (300), on the basis of body composition information obtained by the body composition measuring unit (100) using the body composition measuring electrode (500), determines application conditions of a stimulating current to be applied to the user, and applies a stimulating current corresponding with the application conditions to the stimulating current applying electrode (500).
