<p>The device (1) has a longitudinal element (2) provided with a distal end (2b) and a proximal end (2a) on which endpiece (3) is fixed. A handle (4) has an end (4b) provided with a device gripping unit, and another end (4a) connected to the distal end. A retaining unit maintains the contact between the handle and a forearm of the user. The retaining unit permits raising of the device when the forearm is raised, without intervention of hand of the user. The retaining unit comprises a hook (8) that engages with a sleeve placed on the forearm of the user, where the hook is fixed on the handle. The longitudinal element is made of material chosen from a group comprising aluminum, carbon, titanium, glass fiber and mixture of carbon and glass fiber.</p> |
