The method involves continuously stacking LED function bands in a plastic extrusion apparatus to form an LED band from thermoplastic resin. The LED band is divided into LED strips (6) having predetermined length. Connecting adapters (7) are secured at two ends of the strips. The LED band is continuously manufactured by co-extrusion of a stabilizing base layer, a transparent core layer and a front layer i.e. convex or concave curved layer. Each function band is completely embedded into the core layer in a region of LEDs and partially embedded into the base layer in a region of a carrier tape. |
