The base portion (21) of the cushioning portion (20) has a bulged portion (21A) that is formed therein. The bulged portion (21A) is shaped to project beyond the shoulder surface (11A) in an insertion direction (R) of the support portion (10), so as to elastically contact the first member (D1) when the cushion clip (1) is applied with the impact from a second member (F1).</p>
