The device has a relative displacement unit for relative displacement of assembled parts e.g. body (1) and base (2), and a laser beam (6) i.e. optical fiber laser beam, along portions of respective contact surfaces (3, 4) of the parts. An immobilization and control unit immobilizes the assembled parts on a positioning support, and controls pressurization of the contact surfaces along assembling direction (D). An energy intensity and activation control unit controls energy intensity and activation of the laser beam along its position relative to the assembled parts. An independent claim is also included for a method for sealed fixation by laser welding of two transparent or translucent plastic parts to form a container that contains liquid, cream or paste products.
