PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure reliability of tint block image printing while evading complication of tint block printing control. SOLUTION: When it is authenticated that a user is an administrator of an image processing apparatus, a fixed latent image setting part displays a administrator setting image 3 at a display part. The user who is the administrator selects information (IP address, network address or machine name or the like) capable of specifying the image processing apparatus on the administrator setting image 3 as a fixed latent image and selects a row number to embed the fixed latent image further. Thereafter, a tint block image generation part embeds the fixed latent image to the set row number in addition to the latent image of the user's option to generate tint block images.
