The device has a conductive bar placed in an insulating envelope (1) extending with respect to a rail. The bar is provided with a conductive protrusion (2) for connecting the bar from the bottom towards top to a row of connection terminals of a modular apparatus. A fastening unit on the apparatus is connected with the connection terminals when the protrusion or the bar is in locking position. Guiding unit guides the protrusions towards the terminals by sliding on a case of the apparatus. The bar is provided with lateral extensions (3) orienting in transverse plane in the direction of the rails.
